LOCATIONS
Auckland - We teach kitesurfing from Maraetai and Eastern beaches in the South East, to Orewa beach on the North Shore.
Northland - Lessons are held in the uncrowded Waipu, Ruakaka, Marsden Bay, Whangarei area. Just 1.5hrs North of Auckland.

 

Our low Student to Instructor ratio is a success story that proves riders can learn to Kitesurf independently in 4 days or less.

DAY 1 (50/50) A 50% Land based, 50% Water Based, Training Session.
Trainer Kite session
Wind window, power zones and kite control, safety issues.
Kite surf rig set up.
Inflation, rigging bar and lines, carrying, packing, care and storage.
Water session
Safety systems, 4 line power control systems, body dragging, speed and power control.
Discussion on days progress and safety issues

Everyone progresses at their own pace.
Fast learners usually come from Wakeboarding & Snowboarding.
I also find pilots progress very well, their aerodynamic understanding and weather knowledge fits well into Kiteboarding.
We are happy to customise any lessons package to suit personal or group requirements.

The rate you progress does not matter at all, as you only learn once & then ride forever!
